One recent development has been the implementation of an application used for communication and task management. This application is used by all of Groupe MMI’s workers and is available for clients. A task list is created based on the client’s scope of work and the worker can check off the tasks as they work. This allows the quality control department and the client to know in real time what is being done. Also, as quality control supervisors visit the different locations, they complete an inspection report which can then be emailed to the worker for a quick follow-up and the client if desired. This app also has a chat feature, similar to Whatsapp, for easy communication between two individuals or a group. And finally, the virtual announcement board allows Groupe MMI to quickly send information to its workers.

 

This new application allows us to offer one of the quickest turnarounds in the industry.
